Some of the best Chinese food. Always hot and they have fast service. Never had my order wrong. Been going there over 10yrs. They have great prices for the amount of food!

CASH ONLY is not posted. Minors working the till. Great food! If they accepted plastic they would steal HALF of the business from the Mexican restaurant next door.

My favorite food in chattanooga

I randomly stumbled upon this restaurant a few weeks back, and I have been back twice since then! The food is delicious, and you get large servings for a cheap price. Plus the food is usually ready in 10-15 minutes. Fair warning: They only accept cash and checks. I can't wait to go back again!

Good locally run Chinese restaurant owned by a local family. Food is always good and portions are generous. Very clean and neat as well. Highly recommend.

Food is OK, but I just ordered in the store and asked for them to make the food extra spicy. I repeated myself saying I really like it spicy. Of course when I got home and tasted the "chicken in garlic sauce" it was not spicy at all. Just wish they would start listening to the customer and give us what we asked for.

Being that restaurants are shutting down due to illness. They are staying open and it's only drive up which is ok with me. Good food fast.

In my opinion this is the best Chinese restaurant in Chattanooga. The food always comes out fast and is delicious! Never had a bad experience with them and I’ve been eating there for over 10 years.

I've ate at this Chinese Restaurant for many many years and the food is always hot, fresh and delicious! I've given a few other Chinese restaurants chances and they always disappoint but not Hong Kong! I dare you to try them I promise you will not be disappointed! My go to items are fired wong tons and house special lo mein yummy!!

Very clean, great selection of food, desserts, and sushi! They have a bar just for sushi and you can watch them make it fresh. Very reasonable price. I love this place!

The General Tso's chicken was very chewy had a hard time eating it but everything else was delicious. they got it out very fast

The food was fresh and fast. The staff were friendly enough. The food was good. They only accept cash. Would have been 5 stars. Who normally carries cash now days? Thankfully I had it this time.

Not bad, but nothing special. Cash or checks, only. Luckily, I had a check with me. Use debit card for almost everything.

We have eaten here for over a decade now and food is pretty good. Please remember that they only take cash or check for payment so be prepared. If you only have a debit card, you can go next door to Publix and get cash back on any small purchase.

I had expected more as per the reviews. Expensive for what it is. Pork eggrolls, on the large side, but no pork. Spicy Beef, not spicy, not much beef, more like a saucy Mongolian beef....meh. Pork lomein, soogy noodles, a smattering of pork, sub par flavor. Hot sour soup, nothing special, ordered a quart...got a pint. And those cheap packaged soy, duck, and above all, mustard sauces...so bad. If you can't make your own mustard sauce, just stop.They. Don't. Take. Debit. Cards. WTF. it's 2020.Don't think I'll be back.

Very fast and friendly service. Food is delicious. Hong Kong is our favorite takeout Chinese restaurant in town.

Food was delicious a tad on the pricey side. And only bad things were you have to buy the red sauce and fortune cookies were very stale. Nothing that would keep me from going back. Friendly and helpful. Was my first time going there. And the food is good and the dishes are of nice size. I definitely will return.

Best American Chinese in the area for my money. Nice family run business. Wish they would re-open soon!

Arrived around a quarter past 11 on a Thursday morning. Selected the Singapore noodles, general tso's chicken and steamed dumplings. We asked if the chicken was spicy and were told ' slightly '. Turned out to have a very sweet sauce. The noodles were good. The dumplings were ok. Place is clean and family owned and operated. Likely will not be back. Maybe we just spooked them asking about spiciness.

Standard take out. However, very well done. The fried rice is light and not greasy. Actual large shrimp in the shrimp fried rice. The chicken dishes I've had weren't over done either. This is my go to quick chinese take out. Fyi. Cash only.

Best Chinese place ever. The general tso chicken is incredible and the sauce they put on it is amazing. Their eggrolls and noodles are bomb too. Me and my family only eat here when we want chinese food. We've been eating here forever and they never disappoint.

Hong has great food but poor customer service. Never a thank you or come again like other Chinese restaurants. Make you feel like they mad cause your spending your hard earned money with them. Customer appreciation is what keeps businesses a float.

This is not a sit-down, full service restaurant, but it has the best Chinese food around. The food is delicious and reasonably priced, and the staff is friendly. Must pick-up and remember to bring cash. Or, just swing by the Publix in the same shopping center for an ATM.

This place is great. We go there frequently, never a bad experience. The food is awesome, and the staff is on point, even the kids. This is a family business and they have my full respect. They only take cash or check. Not an inconvenience for me and a very good business decision for them.

This is our favorite take out restaurant for Chinese food. They can take your order over the phone and we've never had an error. The food is good, and plentiful, with lots of menu options, with hot dishes noted. (They are closed on Tuesdays, my only negative!) MSG bothers me but I've never noticed it in our food here.
